We’re delighted to announce that we are now accepting advance bookings for Marigot Beach Club Spa and Wellness Retreat, for guests arriving on or after 1st December 2012.
Over the past few months we’ve been working on constructing new buildings that will soon offer a variety of health and wellness treatments including infra-red sauna, hydrotherapy, flotation tank and steam room.
In addition to these therapies, we’ll be offering a range of other healthy activities including yoga, meditation, pilates, water aerobics and much more.
The menus at Doolittle’s have also been adjusted to offer a wider range of healthy and vegetarian options, and over the coming months we’ll be introducing a super-healthy raw food menu for those guests that enjoy (or want to try) the huge array of benefits that a raw, living diet can offer. What’s more, we’re launching a fresh juice bar where your juice is pressed while you wait, and a gourmet pizza parlour where the emphasis is on tasty, healthy, organic ingredients.
As if all that wasn’t exciting enough, we’re also thrilled to welcome on board some wonderful healthy living experts who will share their views and advice with our visitors by publishing a series of exclusive articles on the blog at our new health retreat website, which you won’t be able to read anywhere else. The first of these special guest authors is Alynn Davis, an acclaimed raw food chef, nutritionist, personal trainer and lifestyle coach – visit the new blog now to read Alynn’s first article.
