Eat & Drink In Marigot Bay
At Marigot Beach Club and Dive Resort we take eating and drinking seriously. Whether you join us for a lunchtime burger, a three-course gourmet dinner or a cocktail (or four) at our daily happy hour, your taste buds are in for a treat.
At Doolittle’s Restaurant and Bar our award winning chef expertly prepares every dish using the finest, freshest local ingredients, creating a menu that combines delicious St Lucian cuisine that you may not have tried before (like conch, king fish and creamy Caribbean curries) with favourite dishes from around the world, like juicy steaks and classic pastas – so there’s something to delight every palate.
And when we’ve done spoiling you with our gastronomic treats, join us at the bar for a few games of fusball, pool or backgammon; dance to a live local band; make new friends; or simply relax with a refreshing rum punch at the water’s edge and watch the rays, bats and other St Lucian wildlife as they make their nightly visit to the crystal clear shallows of Marigot Bay.
New for 2016 is Gourmet Pizza, our pizza parlour where the thin-crust bases are freshly made and topped with a variety of delicious vegetables. Ingredients are locally-sourced, and organic where possible – and you can choose to eat in or take away, offering added flexibility to mealtimes.
Our pizza recipes use the healthiest, freshest ingredients possible, with reduced fat and calories and an emphasis on nutrition. A range of healthy side orders and salads are also available to complete your meal.
Gourmet Pizza is a real step away from the unhealthy pizza chains you’ll find in every town around the world… we’re talking delicious, nutritious, simple meals that your body won’t punish you for eating.
