Food and beverage manager required for successful restaurant in Marigot Bay.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least six years’ experience of working in a hotel in the Caribbean
- Hold certified qualifications
- Be able to provide good references
- Be youngish, motivated and dedicated
- Be au fait with modern culinary ideas to develop our menu and team
- Have marketing skills and team development/training experience
The sucessful candidate will be responsible directly to the General Manager, and renumeration is negotiable.
