Travel Agent Registration & Commission
We welcome professional travel advisors selling accommodation at Marigot Beach Club & Dive Resort in Saint Lucia.
Standard proposed commission: 10% of eligible room revenue
Agency registration
To request recognition as an agency partner, email your registered business name, trading address and country, website, primary contact, business email, and IATA/TIDS/CLIA or equivalent industry accreditation where applicable. Please include your preferred payment details through a secure process only after verification; never email card data or banking credentials in the initial enquiry.
Commission principles
Subject to written agency acceptance by the resort, the proposed standard is 10% of the eligible accommodation portion of a completed stay, excluding taxes, service charges, meals, beverages, transfers, day passes and ancillary purchases unless agreed otherwise. Promotional, contracted, prepaid, noncommissionable or group rates may be excluded or separately negotiated.
Commission eligibility must be identified and acknowledged in writing when the reservation is made. The resort must confirm its approved agency booking reference procedure before bookings are treated as commissionable. Unauthorised self-bookings, cancellations and no-shows do not automatically qualify. Any earned commission is reconciled after checkout and paid under the accepted agency agreement, subject to applicable taxes, invoicing and payment requirements.
How to book a client
Before claiming commission, register the agency and request the current reservation procedure from info@marigotbeachclub.com. Public rates and dates may be viewed through the official booking engine, but an online booking is not automatically commissionable until the resort has verified how the selling agency is attached to the reservation.
Preferred partners and tour operators
High-volume partnerships, wholesale net rates, allotments, release periods, group rates and any enhanced commission are negotiated individually in a signed agreement. No automatic preferred-partner tier is currently offered.
