Can travel agents earn commission?
Commission arrangements may be discussed with the resort. No standard commission is promised on this page; eligibility, booking method, supporting agency identifiers and payment timing are subject to written agreement.
Can an operator request net rates or room allotments?
Yes, trade proposals can request negotiated net rates, allotments and release periods. Inventory and contracted conditions are confirmed in writing; they are not reserved by submitting an enquiry.
Can I make a client booking online?
Publicly available rates are shown through the official booking engine. For a commissionable or contracted trade booking, contact reservations for the approved booking procedure before making promises to a client.
How are ferry access and airport transfers handled?
Access is across Marigot Bay by ferry. All transfer inclusions, current schedules, arrival meeting points and late arrival procedures must be confirmed with the resort for each package.
Are familiarisation and site inspection visits available?
Travel professionals may request an inspection visit. Visits are subject to resort approval, staffing, capacity and availability; no complimentary visit or accommodation is guaranteed.

Trade rates, commissions, net rates and credit arrangements are not published or automatically guaranteed; they are subject to a separate written commercial agreement.

Please tell us your company name and country, principal source markets, expected room nights or group size, travel period, preferred room categories, package needs and preferred contracting structure. We can then direct your request to the appropriate resort contact.
Guest booking and fulfilment
Independent travellers can view public availability through our official reservation engine. Partners seeking a negotiated arrangement should request written terms before selling or representing a specific rate. All confirmations, voucher procedures, commission treatment and payment obligations must be mutually agreed. Enquiries do not reserve inventory.
