Best-rate protection: Discounts are quotation guidelines and are not automatically combined with Marigot Rewards codes, resident/CARICOM offers, seasonal specials, package inclusions or other promotional rates. Our team will compare eligible offers and present the best approved group quotation. Blackout and peak dates, including Christmas and New Year, may require different terms. Taxes, service charges and inclusions will be itemized in writing.

How Group Reservations Work
1. Enquire: Send your group type, dates, headcount, number of rooms and preferences. 2. Receive a quotation: Our team checks inventory, rates and optional extras. 3. Confirm: Only a written quotation, accepted terms and confirmed deposit arrangements secure your group block. 4. Arrive: We coordinate the details with your group organiser.
Suggested commercial framework, subject to written approval in each quotation: group allocations held only for a specified release date; deposit and balance schedule clearly stated; rooming list and cancellation deadlines agreed in writing; changes subject to availability. A form submission alone never reserves accommodation.
