Marigot Rewards membership levels. US$1 of eligible completed direct-stay room spend = 1 qualifying point. For example, US$1,500 of verified eligible spend equals 1,500 qualifying points, but does not qualify for 15% off. Signature and Prestige benefits require US$3,000 and US$8,000 of eligible room spend respectively, assessed over a rolling 24-month period. Points simply represent verified spending, are not a cash voucher, and are not deducted when booking. Member seasonal booking codes are shown in verified accounts. Will it cost anything to join? Marigot Rewards account registration is free.
Will bookings through Expedia or Booking.com earn points? The intended programme rewards qualifying direct accommodation bookings, not OTA reservations.
Can member savings combine with resident, CARICOM, Cyber Week or other promotional offers? Yes. That is the goal of Marigot Rewards: an additional 5%, 10% or 15% member discount on top of the already discounted direct accommodation offer price, including resident, CARICOM, seasonal sales, wedding-stay and dive-stay packages. It is not restricted to rack rates. The extra percentage applies after the underlying promotion, before any applicable taxes and fees. Always check the final eligible price in Pegasus. Promotional offers may have their own conditions.
Do cancelled bookings earn points? No. Points qualify after the scheduled departure date passes and Cendyn confirms the reservation was not cancelled or a no-show.
How will the member discount be applied? Sign in to see the booking code for your earned tier and season, enter it in Pegasus, and review the final accommodation price and eligibility before confirming.
